Corduroy Subscription Credit Card Updating Issue
We have recently identified and resolved an issue where Corduroy subscription credit cards were not being charged properly after being changed. If you have recently updated your Corduroy subscription credit card information, your billing address was not properly updated with our credit card processor.
If your billing address changed, or you switched to a new credit card that has a different billing address than your previous card, you will need to enter your billing address and card information again. This can be done by clicking the Administration link at the top right of your Corduroy site and then Edit Corduroy Subscription.
This issue only affected Corduroy subscriptions. No credit card transactions done on your sites for your customer payments were affected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
